Webtek provides an SEO audit, monitoring, and client management platform. Our tools analyze websites, generate reports, and provide AI-powered recommendations to improve search engine rankings.

2. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this service

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform to harm, harass, or deceive others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Use automated means to abuse the service (excessive API calls, scraping)
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI agents is provided as suggestions and recommendations. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before publishing or sending to clients. We do not guarantee the accuracy or effectiveness of AI recommendations.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payments are processed through Stripe
  • Invoices are due by the date specified on the invoice
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the platform, including client information, audit results, and generated content. We do not claim ownership of your data.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any losses due to service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Webtek is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access will be revoked and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, unless you request immediate deletion.
